    Hourly Rate: $175.00

    Project Price = Total Hours x $175

    Our hourly rate includes access to our entire team with over 60 years of combined experience in organizational development, spanning:

  • Each project is unique, but there’s a general flow to our process.

    4. Sign Contract

    9. Project Close-Out & Final Deliverables

    We make our contracts flexible enough to adapt to our shared needs.

    Any significant changes will be processed as a change-order with a new contract.
